Once she arrived at FFF, they groomed her, cut her nails, and gave her a much-needed bath. She also ate a yummy meal and received all the attention and care that she needed. Through it all, Blackie sported the biggest smile on her face. I think she knew that she was finally in good hands.
Blackie’s tumor is very painful and needs to be removed. Soon she will undergo surgery to have it removed, but until then she will continue to be in the best care.
Vets have high hopes for the surgery and expect her to make a full recovery. Once she is good to go, she will be put up for adoption and hopefully find the loving forever home that she deserves.
